I can't say enough about the help that Susie provides to me. She has become a great friend! If there is a question she is right there to answer. I have booked several cruises with her. She sends such a personal touch with her cruise care package. This was my first cruise that I went through a travel agent and I can say all of my future cruise vacation will be through Countdown Travels. It was so great not having to do everything on my own. I would recommend Countdown Travels to anyone wanting to book a great vacation. I just want to say Thank You Susie!

I absolutely love her passion for cruising and the passion she has to help people with whatever dream vacation you have! She has booked a few different cruises for me and an all inclusive trip to Cabo for a group of people. She is amazing with group cruises also. I make sure to send everyone I talk to her way. We just got back from yet another amazing trip that Susie helped us plan. She’s always been so helpful and makes it so easy. I can’t imagine a more ideal process— I get an idea to book another trip in the wee hours, find what I want, text her the next morning once it’s a decent time, and she makes it happen! I’m so grateful for the peace of mind that comes with knowing I have someone that has my back. There’s so many strategies I don’t know, so I feel it is definitely vital to have a travel partner who knows all the ins and outs. For me, that’s Susie.

In the spring of 2022 I started following Susie on Tik Tok then on Instagram and Facebook. I messaged her about booking a cruise for me and my sister and she’s been booking cruises for us ever since. She’s booked 4 cruises for my sister and her family as well as my family and for some of our friends. Susie goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very knowledgeable and stayed in close contact during the booking process. Susie’s prices have beaten Royal Caribbean’s prices and the onboard credit is a nice perk. I feel like I’ve known Susie for years and one day I hope to meet her. I’m hoping to book another cruise with a group of family and friends for next spring and yes we will be having Susie book our cruise.

Finding Susie was an absolute treasure! Seriously from all the tiny questions to the huge ones she is always getting me answers! I have booked 4 cruises with her and now would NEVER book anywhere else! From the initial first conversation, we had where she was getting to know me as a person instead of just a number like other agencies, to the downright tiny details, she wanted to learn on what we expect out of a trip and what we want to try and explore ect…Watching her videos and exploring she has done has really helped us learn so much too! Her videos have so much more detail than others do! She takes all that into account when helping me plan my trips! I LOVE when she gets as excited as me on a “deal” or a cruise she thinks would be wonderful! Most recently she helped us to find a cruise that is something when never have tried and we feel so confident with our upcoming cruise that I booked it!! She always will reach out when I’m on vacation just to check in and make sure it’s all we hoped and more and TRUST ME ITS ALWAYS MORE! I can’t wait to meet her in person I truly feel as though she is my friend and the BEST in the industry!! 💕
